Refund Policy
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition they were received and shipped back within 3 business days of approval. Please email your order number and reason for the return to hello@shopsubjectmatter.com.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once a return request is approved, we will confirm the refund amount minus the cost of return shipping. After confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs can be estimated through USPS using destination zip code 11206.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, please email us at hello@shopsubjectmatter.com.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items purchased at events or through our retail partner, Everything’s Fine Vintage. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
